Pathetic service!!

I've been trying to get a proof of my contract from Telkom for over a week! The call centre agents are rude and ***********! My phone is a week old and I've received no contract, how does this even work?? Your network is a waste of time and I cannot wait to start the process to cancel my contract with your dumb network
