Pathetic service.

Worst customer service EVER, and to get problems resolved, almost impossible. The management of Telkom have obvious God complexes, since no customer can get in touch with them, and to request callbacks is a solid waste of effort and time. Locks paid top up contracts in the middle of month, with NO exceptable explanation and expects the customer to wait for days to ( hopefully get an answer). Last time i checked, this is not in line with the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. It also doesn't look like they care about complaints on platforms like this one. It is obvious they feel nothing for their customers.
