Pathetic Service

i have been getting calls from Debtors on behalf of Telkom who says i owe money for an account that i didn't even have. i have sent through proof of emails and still someone today calls me forcing me to pay the account. Where do Telkom come on messing with me name when no one in their department resolves the matter. How many more years am i going to sit with this problem.
