PATHETIC SERVICE

I took a contract in October 2022 the device stopped working within the 7 day window period, given it back still got charged till December my debits was not going but they still charged me the R200 penalty for the debit not going tru, i made 2 payments of R421 and R537 and i have not being credited opened a case on the 12 January 2023 and its still not resolved. I need my funds to be credited.
