Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service. I attempted to query the reason for "Payment rejection Fee" which was incorrectly charged to my account without any success after numerous telephone calls and visits to 2 different stores. I was unable to get a feasible response to my query. I advise all never to get involved with Telkom absolutely disgusted with the service.
