Pathetic service

I have a telkom pole in my backyard.. we had a bad storm and the pole fell over onto my separate entrance.. i have been struggling to get hold of telkom for a week now!!!! Its pathetic ive spent hundrends of rands of airtime just to be hung up on.!!! Not connected if its up to me i would break everything completely wires and all so that my separate entrance could be looked at.. then when all this people that’s connected complains because of no connection they can call me to access my house and ill refuse!?!😡😡😡
