pathetic service

Goodday i have a contract with mtn and for some reason my pbone stopped working on friday 2020-08-28 i can not make calls, receive calls or messages. I went to mtn to enquire what was wrong with my samsung note 9 just to find out that telkom who is not even my service provider has blacklisted my cellphone using my imei number. After making calls and telkom refusing to assist me i had to visit the nearest branch which was at vaalmall. Again the consultant made a call and verified that my phone was indeed blacklisted wrongly by using my imei number. Its been more than 24 hours that i can not use my phone and its on contract with mtn. I still have two years to pay for my contract and i was made promises that my phone will be working again. I visited telkom today 2020-08-31 and still my phone is not working. I really need urgent assistance in this mattet.
