Pathetic service

Ordered a fibre connection and a tech came through after a few days. Tech initially called and said he does not have material for the job and is trying to get it sorted. He further stated that he is going on leave the next day and will not be able to come through after. He took 4 hours to source materiL from other openserve techs and arrived only to say there is no fibre connection available and needs to loh a call. 1 week later and nothing has been done. We hVe contacted telkom numerous times and have spoken to numerous consultants who either drop the call or transfer to an invalid dept. We have been promised calls back but none received.
