Pathetic service

I logged a Ticket with Telkom *** to report service and reception in my area in Richards Bay Aquadene. Which the reception has been 2G if not 3G or no reception at all for the past few years if not more and all I get told is that I must buy a better internet package which will solve my reception issue. Being from an IT background what does the Internet package got to do with reception a person can’t even make a decent phone call from a cellular phone that is 5G enabled. Unless Telkom want me to go to another service provider they need just tell me so
