Pathetic service

Pathetic service. They take forever to reply to complaints, and whenever they do, they take their own time to update. A client literally have to beg them for an update. They don't care. They allowed a stranger to do a swim swam on my wife's phone number and this resulted in a loss as they accessed her bank account through this this. They don't look at nor solve complaints.
