Pathetic service

I'm appealing on behalf of an elderly friend John who is battling cancer. He and his wife Linda gave you plenty of warning of their impending move to a retirement home on 24 July 2020 and they have subsequently made frequent visits and appeals to your office in the Garden Route Mall, but to no avail.

I really did not believe that your service could deteriorate to this level, that you could care so little for your customers.
