Pathetic service

Telkom is such a **** service provider. They want me to R1200 for a landline i have not used in 2019 I am NOT paying, I went Into Tygervalley Telkom and the Agent Assured me Someone will Call to resolve the Issue that was on Tuesday. I am still waiting for a Manager to call me and it’s Friday. I am an Amputee and have to sit with such Unprofessional Service Provider. I have wasted 30 min just holding on and not being put through to a Manager. Doesn’t TELKOM have Billing Managers. Why must i be put through from one department to another and the problem is not being resolved. WHY !!!! PATHETIC SERVICE
