Pathetic service

I ordered an LTE router from Telkom 1,5 MONTHS ago, and to date, after over 30 calls to every single one of Telkoms numbers, and over 10 emails, the issues with my router have STILL not been sorted out! They are debiting my account for a service I have not been receiving. I'm so sick and tired of being told everything will be sorted out withing 7 working days. I've waited for almost 7 WEEKS, and after numerous promises, NOTHING has been done! TELKOM, PLEASE ADVISE ACCORDINGLY!
