pathetic service

Telkom service is terrible. They debit you monthly but when there is a credit on your account they do not credit bank account. When I called on Monday I was told to phone mobile as they cannot process the credit to my account though they see on their system. When I called I today I spoke to Zandile who was not helpful. When asked for ref for call she refused to give me. Though she is working from home it was not professional, as there was children on the background making noise. Telkom frustrates customers and do not provide customer care though their pricing is good.
