PATHETIC SERVICE

I called telkom mobile on 081180 on the 24th of April 2023 around 14:30 regarding my account and the first agent placed me on hold for more than 8 minutes without coming back to me. I then called again and spoke to a male agent who after I asked to speak with team leader pretended that he did not hear me and he intentionally terminated the call.
