Pathetic Service

I wish to complain about Telkom's pathetic service as I get directed from a agent to another number that doesn't work and then when I call back on the 10210 number I hold for 30 min and when the lady Anele answers the call it gets put down as soon as I start explaining my situation. Pathetic service
