Pathetic service

I am beyond frustrated with Telkom. I had to pay exorbitant fees when upgrading my 1 contract, so I decided I will not upgrade my second contract. I cancelled via their website and got numerous confirmations and reference numbers that my contract will be cancelled. I looked at my latest bill and I am still being charged for 3 numbers. I should only be paying R249 for my one contract, but am being billed for R510! I want these extra charges removed immediatly! I used their chat feature today and the agent gave me some bs excuse of dates not being indicated. Why was this not pointed out when i cancelled the contract. Telkom just want to **** people. I am only supposed to pay R249!
