Pathetic service

Telkom incorrectly debited my account for a service I did not even know about and because THEY did not deduct the correct amount, my phone services have been disconnected! They did not even have the courtesy of informing me and when I called - they were of No help! What do they have customer service for? Their service is absolutely appalling! I cannot wait for this contract to end. I would never recommend them as a service provider! They don’t even have good coverage! Pathetic!
