Pathetic service

I have not had internet in my house for 3 weeks now reported problem, escalated and told technician has been dispatched. To this day technician has not arrived, so sick and tired of this pathetic service, I'm hoping for a refund as I cannot pay for service I didn't recieve. Can someone advise me of a better service provider? Ref***7 number ***. I'm gatvol!!
