Pathetic service

The worst ever co.pany a person can have a contract with..they are quick to give you contract but when you need help they are no where..we have logged a call on monday 21 March already and today is friday 25th and not a single word from them.. I have left how many messages for them to contact me but nothing..pathetic is under statement for them since we have our wifi is the 1 problem after the other..how can you get out of a contract with them..plase help
