pathetic service

i had such a terrible service , i ordered for a mobile device with sim and router, got a delivery today but just the sim and router, no sign of the mobile , i called in , the agents tell me all different things, i got no communication whatsoever about the device, i dont want to keep the sim and router if im not going to get the device, the guy i spoke to gave me the wrong email address another lady i spoke to said someone will call me back no one contacted me, very poor service not even worth 1 star
