Pathetic Service

I've got two bundles on my phone Social Bundle and Mo'nice bundle which is gonna expire midnight, and it's not connecting. When I called the customer service support, the Agent could not resolve the issue and when I asked to speak to someone else who might be able to assist her response was, "drop the call and call back again to speak to another agent." bare in mind it took me over 15 minutes to get hold of that agent.
