Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. I've app**** for a service and before I used the Sim cards I cancelled the contract. The sales person added to contracts to my name in which I did not agree too. At the end of April R212 was deducted from my name even though I did not use the Sim cards. I was told that my account will be credited within 7 to 14 days but to this day I have not received a refund. I've asked for information as to when my account was credited but no one is willing to provide me with that information.
