PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

Hi I am very unhappy with the service the least to say ,its pathetic…. I have been trying to get a paid up letter since a month ago and every time I call I get a different answer. A Kabelo told me its gone to the credit bureau……and then the person I spoke to today said its not sent. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON THERE. I will never refer Telkom to anyone with such ****ty service .
