Pathetic service

My name is Tessa Adams and I just want to say that Telkom is by far the worst company to deal with. Their agents are not well equipped to deal with clients , I literally called the help line 15 times and I receive different answers. I was given a faulty router on the 15 May 2020 and no one at Telkom can assist me to get it to wrk. I have been to 2 different Telkom stores in which I had to use my own petrol to drive there and still no one can assist me. I am sitting with a router that does not wrk and I don’t have WiFi in my home . This service is pathetic and disgusting. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone. I will terminate my contract and move to a much reliable and helpful service provider.
