Pathetic service

Telkom cornubia offer terrible service it's actually disgusting how they treat customers. All the staff members are very rude !!!! I am a existing client and I wanted to do a sim swap. My details were loaded on they system already they insisted on seeing my ID even though I had only my drivers license on hand. We had to make a double trip back to them for them to do a simple sim swap. I then returned with my ID the rudy lady(carmelle dorasamy) who did not greet us did not even open my ID. this goes to show us how unhelpful and unprofessional they really are.
