Pathetic service

I phoned telkom to block my ****** cellphone, they didn't block it, when you ask why is not blocked, they told me that they can't answer for another person. When I ask to speak to a manager, you be told is busy will call you back, that manager will never call you back. Pathetic service at telkom beyond comprehension
