Pathetic Service

Good day

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with telkoms service at this point.

I recently took out a new contract for a sim only which was supposed to be for 80gigs day and 80 gigs night data. Today being the the 1st, I was supposed to receive the data bundle for the 1st month however, I have only received 40gigs which is half of the amount that I agreed upon and this was not what I signed up for.

This is terrible service. I am still awaiting my new cellphone for the upgrade that was done at the beginning of December..which was the initial complaint to telkom that still has not been resolved...

This is the worst service from a service provider and the worst experience..

I hope this will be treated as urgent and someone will contact me to rectify these issues as soon as possible as I will be escalating this matter...
