Pathetic service

I haven't seen such pathetic service at Telkom mobile shop in Hatfield. Yesterday I went to check if l can do early upgrade. I had to wait more than 30 minutes and when you ask where the staff to assist you are told, they at back doing stock take that is why it's slow. I left and went back to day yet full customers but less staff and this time not even acknowledgement that we value your business never. Is this covid19 effects or just pathetic customer service. I would never recommend it to anyone.
