Pathetic service

I have been a customer of telkom for a very long time. Each time I have a problem with my land line and wifi l Call telkom but it never gets resolved. They make me hold on for al long time then they drop the call. I have not gotten any help from them. But I have not defaulted on my account since inception of my contract.

Very very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will never refer anyone to telkom. Very bad service.
