Pathetic Service

I have only been with telkom for 5 months, I am absolutely disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Telkom. The service is absolutely putrid, NOBODY wants to help. I am not getting any feedback from the consultants, Everytime I have to go to the store and I keep on getting told different things, nobody is replying to the email, it is becoming really frustrating now.
