Pathetic service

I have a contract cellphone with telkom . Took it in 17th march 2025 to get the screen repaired and got told it would take 21 days , today 17 april 2025 when i went in to enquire about it they said they dont know how long it would take and i was told someone else is waiting since oct last year for their device . I have tried contacting telkom about this and getting no answer, the staff at the branch is less than useless.

Im even considering going to my bank to stop the debit order for this ... the after sales service is pathetic
