Pathetic Service

<p>I went in last Monday for a product upgrade, get told my application is with credit vetting, 3+years with telkom. Its been 9 days now and nothing. Do snails work in your credit vetting department??? I have had numerous sms's my case no. ********** 0, ********** 6, ********** 2, ********** 7, ********** 0, ********** 6, ********** 0, ********** 6, ********** 0 and ********** 6. Maybe your credit vetting employees should get some training in the telkom stores to see the grief they cause us CUSTOMERS.</p>
