Pathetic service

<p>on the 23/11/2016 I call into the call Center to find out how long it would take for my device to be delivered, I was transfered 6 times, then had to wait 25 mins before someone answered then they could not find the details of whom did the upgrade, or any info on the system as they have contracted this to an out sourced company, I have waited 3 weeks which was advised for delivery (21 days). Telkom has by far the worst service with people whom are so unwilling to help you in their call center. the agents just keep transferring you to different departments. I don't blame the agents as Telkom as a Company doesn't know what is going on so how would a call center agent know. Transfered after the 25 min of waiting to someone unrelated.</p>
