<p>I had the most horrible experience with Telkom's call centre.Their call agents are *********** and gave the wrong info to me.Even their back office is tardy and doesn't listen to my simple requests.I have a problem connecting to the internet since I moved to Plett and I am without internet for almost 3 weeks </p>
Thank you but I want a resolution today because I have been without internet for the past 3 weeks and I have things to do.I want my 5 gig day and 5gigs night to be added to the new package because I didn't use that yet and I paid for it
