Pathetic Service

<p>We called them on the 03/11/2016 concerning our internet, they said it will take 24 to 48 hours, nothing had changed so we followed up on the 10/11/2016, we spoke to a lady called Paulisa, we told to give us the supservisors name she said that she does not have a supervisor, she made us hold afterwards she told us that she spoke to all the supervisors and they said she cannot give us a name.
