Pathetic service

<p>My contract with telkom mobile ended on the 16th October 2016. Then I was told I need to fill in a form and send it through for cancellation which I did on the 5th of October 2016, then I was told I will be contacted within 21days, when I called them they advised my cancellation form is not on the system .</p>
