Pathetic Service!!!

<p>Telkoms service is pathetic i have logged a case over 3 weeks ago as my account was deactivated for no reason, my account is up to date, i have a credit balance but still my lines remain off and this is confirmed each time i call in but. each time i call in a new case has to be logged to the billing department to sort it out.</p> <p>i have approached them on their social media platforms and also i still await feedback.</p> <p>their service is pathetic and would not advise anyone to take up anything with Telkom.</p>
