Pathetic service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom called me shortly after I gave them a review. The lady told me that the technical team could take up to between 7-21 work days. I'm not willing to wait that long, because I've waited for three weeks for them to call me already. I demand this process to be escalated to a manager!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not happy, hence the reason for never going to take ADSL Bundles with them. I'll rather take somewhere else where I can be contacted immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm now going to have to be without internet. And I'm someone that works from home. And that's the whole reason why I requested the landline early enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic!!!</p>
