Pathetic Service !

<p>I signed up for a LTE contract through Telkom directly, the Data was used up in a day while the router was switched off , I have been trying to rather take out a higher uncapped LTE contract only to be told that they cannot , so i requested a cancellation of this contract as i am within the cooling off period of the contract , I have spoken to Technical /Client services / Sales but no one actually could cancel the service , niether would any one want to assist, this is pathetic as i want to be a client and use your services but you would rather lose a client then assist.</p>
