Pathetic service.

<p>After about 10 cases that have been logged. We have been trying to cancel our wifi because the service was so patheic and they gave us the wrong information when we bought our unapped modum. We went in to get it cancelled on the 29 aug. we filled in a cancellation form. We called them a few times on the month and the store only logged the case on the 5th. On the 30th they took the money from our ***. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has been now more than a month after we ter we have logged out cancellation and they just won't help us. </p> <p>This is actually ******* and we can take them to court. </p>
