Pathetic service

<p>I app**** for a telkom line in the middle of August. The technician came out on the 30/08, we were told that he was going to get spares and tools and will be back. It is now the 05/10 and nobody has contacted us. I called 10213 on a number of occassions and have been told that it's with cabling department but nobody seems to be able to help. Spoke to Thabiso who was the supervisor on duty, still no response from him. Tired of this pathetic service, have called over 10 times and no joy. Wish people could do their jobs right.</p> <p> </p>
