Pathetic service

<p>To cut a long story short: i have the longest thread in my twitter inbox filled with Telkom telling me over and over and over the same thing: they will attend to my query. This has been happening for 3 weeks. This morning I messaged them again...and guess what response I got? Amazing. </p>
