Pathetic service

<p>After telkom called to say they are going to resolve my problem till today am still waiting over a month now to just do a port how hard can it be . Such a big company but yet they fail to solve a small issue of port . It seems impossible since non of the agents tells the truth . There is no truth in any of the people who have contacted me so far its promise after promise but to no results. Can someone please give me an update or assurance if you keep quiet what does that mean if you can't port say it .So that I know. Is there anyone who has the no of someone bigger who I can contact to raise my concern </p>
