Pathetic service

<p>A few months baqck I purchased a small company and spent 3 hours on the phone with Telkom to get the name of the account changed to mine and to obviously get the account sent to me and no longer the old owner. I do not tget accounts sent to me at all not for my home account or the company accoun. When I am questioning this I get told I need to go into a Telkom... I live in a tiny town the closest Telkom is over 130km away!!!</p> <p>I cannot afford to leave my company. Now they want me to get letters from the gent I bought the company from the man is on hes death bed!! He does not even know who he is anymore. Now after been told then the first time the matter is sorted now it is my prblem again Learn to do your work. I am now sitting again over ahour with this Telkom people and getting nowhere.</p> <p> </p>
