Pathetic Service

<p>My telkom business line which has been down for a month now. I had reported the fault and have phoned a number of times to find out on the progress of the fault being fixed, each time I have been given a new excuse or have been told that theres nothing that can be done but wait for it to get fixed. I have been waiting for a month and I have a business to run that requires a telephone. I think I should switch to NEOTEL as I have heard that the service is way better than TELKOM.</p>
