Pathetic service

<p>I have been trying to get telkom to pay back money they owe me 21 days now... after opening case after case and being told they try and get hold of me nothing is happening. And everytime a case is opened i need to wait 72 hours jut to find out they closed the case without getting into contact with me. I have lost all hope with telkom and will make sure everyone i get into contact with knows how pathetic their service is. </p>
