Pathetic service

<p>After complaining about the poor service and lies I recieved from telkom Green stone store. An agent called telling me that the problem is being resolved . The following morning they went an email saying I should drive back to the stores to finish the process. WhichI I did I drove from parktown to Green stone for the 6th time to be told nothing was resolved I have to wait for another respond from the porting department to solve my problem which is time fuel and energy wasted . Wrote emails which no One responded . So i ask was the phone relating to solve my problem or it was for maintaining your reputation. For you telkom to seem like your solve problem and you are quick to respond to problem what was the point of the phone call if my problem is not solved . You are quick to write on hellopeter about the call i recieved but your call didn't make any difference since nothing was solved that's lies . And i really don't appreciate bad service or lies . I hate them with passion . You really need to fix this problem .</p>
