Pathetic service

<p>Day 11 with no internet!! Absolutely ridiculous service! Will be definitely looking at another service provider! The consultants have no clue as to what the problem and progress is, some of them make up their own nonsense instead of just saying that they don't know! Really frustrating! I want to know when is my adsl going to be up and running again?! I've been promised feedback with each and every complaint and to date no one can tell me what the progress is!! </p>
