Pathetic service

<p>Went to telkom on the 20th of August trying to port in from Vodacom to telkom got help from lebogang. Who didn't even help at all told me their system was giving an error which l was promised to be called . Never happen had to drive back there again 4 more times to no help . And today 09/09/16 for the 5th time am at telkom trying to port been waiting for hours .Its been 3 weeks trying to port and the agents are just so unprofessional and acts likes confused ****roaches which make m wonder how did telkom employed unqualified people to represent them . Am I making the right decision to port to telkom or am making the worst. Am just out of words for this type of service and lies .</p>
